❇️ What Every Successful Person I've Met Has In Common
I've had some incredible conversations with people who are truly successful in their industries. People who've built million-dollar businesses. People who've had real-world impact by improving lives. People with icon status and millions of fans around the globe. People who've become true masters of their craft.
After talking to enough of them, I started noticing the same handful of things showing up again and again:
Self-Improvement: They all take personal growth seriously and never stop working on themselves.
Self-Awareness: They have a high sense of self-awareness, they know their weaknesses, their strengths, all of it.
Clarity of Goal: They know exactly what they want to achieve, and they have a clear picture of what that ideal future should feel like.
Consistency: They take breaks when they need to, but they're consistent in how they show up and why they show up.
Humility: Almost every one of them, in some form, has said they don't really know what they're doing, that they're figuring it out as they go. They're humble about the things they're not good at. One of them even joked, "I never participate in things I know I cannot win."
So I'd like to invite you to take a moment to ask yourself, "In this chapter of my life, what would I like to do? What does that ideal state feel like? Are my actions today aligned with the type of life I want to live?"
I hope that through this you find something that calms you and gives you confidence with a sense of direction of what you need to do next.
🦄 Creator of the week - Mofe Ade
Mofe Ade (@mofe_ade) is a creative director and brand strategist who helps visionary founders build brands that shape culture through his studio, Crevtus, and when he's not building something new, he's usually watching an English Premier League match. He's also co-founder of Crea8torium, a community helping creators turn their creativity into sustainable life paths, and in 2024 he documented what he was learning every single day for 100 straight days, a streak that got him named one of YNaija's Top 50 Nigerian Content Creators of the year.
If you're looking for inspiration this week, you can look to Mofe. He creates content about branding, building in public, and turning creative ideas into brands that actually last.
What would change if you documented your work in progress instead of waiting until it's polished? You don't need a studio or a following to start. You don't need it to be good yet. Just start showing the work.

✍️ FREE AI Note Taker for Meetings
Using an AI Notetaker for all my online meetings has been such a game changer for me. When I work with someone I am coaching, Im able to easily send them a recording with notes. I also document all my personal calls so that I have memories of fun conversations with friends and family via video calls. The below video walks you through how to set up Fathom AI Notetaker for yourself.
It's FREE to use. Check here for privacy concerns.
PS: Please Ignore my (AI) face in this thumbnail Lol.
🤖 AI Prompt: The Decision Coach
instead of asking ChatGPT what to do, this makes it interview you first: "Don't make this decision for me. Act as a decision coach instead. Ask me questions that uncover my priorities and constraints. Challenge any assumptions I may be making and tell me what information I'm missing. Then identify my options and explain the trade-offs. Leave the final choice to me."

🧃From Working 3 jobs to Becoming an Adobe Evangelist
This week on Creator Juice we sat down with Katrina Torrijos, Adobe Express Evangelist and Twitch streamer, who went from juggling three jobs to building her dream career at the exact company she once walked past and said "one day" to.
She left us with one piece of advice:
"Stop going on TikTok, stop going on Pinterest for inspiration. You're not looking for inspiration, you are stalling."
Then immediately admitted: "That advice was for myself."
We also got into what Twitch actually is, how to start streaming, and how to make money doing it.
